In addition to serving as the current State Representative for District 92, Jonathan runs his own oil and gas consulting business. Jonathan and his wife, Krissy, have two young daughters and are members of the First Baptist Church of Hurst. Active in his community, Jonathon is a member of the Church’s One Life Group, softball team, choir, and helps teach 5th and 6th grade boy’s Sunday school.
First elected by the people of District 92 in 2012, Jonathon has been an advocate for freedom and families. He helped pass House Bill 2268, which was one of the first laws passed in the United States to protect individual emails and electronic privacy. In addition to standing up for the civil liberties of Texans, Jonathan has worked to pass legislation to improve Texas schools and to help the children of military families.
In addition to being endorsed by Liberty For All Action Fund, Jonathon has been awarded perfect scorecards from Empower Texans, the Texas Eagle Forum, Concerned Women for American, and has been endorsed by the Northeast Tarrant County Tea Party.
